The story behind CA AYR
CA AYR was founded with one clear conviction — that Chartered Accountancy in India deserved a return to the basics: partner-led work, fixed fees, plain-language advice and a phone that actually gets answered. The firm is the joint practice of CA Akhil Yadav and CA Akash Bhokre, two ICAI-registered Chartered Accountants who have spent the last 8+ years building deep expertise across direct & indirect taxation, statutory audit, corporate compliance and advisory.
From our office at United Arcade, Attapur, we serve over 800 active clients — ranging from salaried individuals filing their first ITR, to founders incorporating their first Private Limited, to family-run trading houses preparing for statutory audit. About a third of our clients are based outside Hyderabad — across India and overseas — and engage us entirely online via WhatsApp, email and digital signature.
We keep the practice deliberately small. Every engagement is scoped, executed and signed off by one of the two partners. There is no bench of unsupervised juniors. There are no surprise invoices. What we are not is also worth stating clearly. We are not an aggressive tax-planning shop. We are not a high-volume return-filing factory. We are not the cheapest CA firm in Hyderabad, and we never claim to be. What we are is a careful, partner-led practice that treats each client as a long-term relationship — and that, after 8+ years, is reflected in the fact that most of our growth comes from existing clients introducing us to their own networks.
